New 5-axis machining center Hermle C 400 U with 14-fold pallet changerApril 2018
Our newest 5-axis machining center Hermle C 400 U has arrived.
With this machine we are able to machine the most demanding milled parts simultaneously 24 hours a day with 5 axes. The machine is equipped with a pallet magazine with 14 pallet slots for the workpieces and a tool magazine with 126 slots.
We have equipped this powerful machine with practically all the options offered by today's state of the art technology and can produce parts with a size of 850 x 700 x 500 mm unmanned.

We are doing the biggest single investment into our infrastructure since incorporation of Feusi AG.
This allows us to be even more modern and efficient for you.
Therefore by september our machinery will be expanded with three new Hermle 5-axis machining centers:

- C250 U with automation (8 paletts) - Travel range X-Y-Z / 600–550–450 mm
- C400 - Travel range X-Y-Z / 850–700–500 mm

Apprentices 2014
On August 4, two new apprentices started their training at Feusi AG. The new employees will be trained as multi-skilled mechanics.
The whole Feusi team wishes them a good start into professional life.

We are already looking forward to this highly dynamic machining center.
With the C 42 we can simultaneously process 1400 kg of heavy work pieces on 5 axes.
Only two machines are currently in operation in Switzerland.

The machine is equipped with a rotary table and a swivel head that allows for a five-sided, simultaneous machining and is therefore ideal for impeller / bladed disk machining.

Our latest Hermle C 22 U 5-axis machining center has arrived.
With this machine, we are able to simultaneously process even the most demanding 5-axis milled parts 24 hours a day. The installation is equipped with a tray feeder with 11 pallet slots for work pieces and has a tool magazine of 120 slots.
We have equipped this powerful machine with virtually all options offered by the current state of the art.

This year, we bought a new programming system by OPEN MIND. Thanks to hyperMILL we are able to simultaneously produce highly complex parts on multiple axes. This allows us to mill work pieces such as e.g. closed impellers – something that only a small number of companies in the Switzerland can offer.
New lathesApril 2011
Two new Daewoo Puma 2100LS lathes with counter spindle have arrived and have been in use since April. These are the two first machines of this kind in Switzerland, and both of them have a work area of Ø 480 x 760 mm. Using these machines, we are able to finish work pieces, off-the-shelf or sawn, on both sides in a single production step.
